An MCP server that runs the Big Five personality survey (60 or 30 questions) and produces individual, team and relationship consulting reports with deterministic, rule-based logic. No external AI scores it, and profiles stay local.

What it does
- 01`manage_survey` — 60문항 전체판 또는 30문항 간략판 시작·답변 제출(5문항씩, 랜덤 순서)·재개·진행 확인, 한국어/영어 문항
- 02`manage_profile` — 프로필 생성·조회·수정·삭제·목록, 완료된 프로필은 `~/.big5/`에 로컬 저장
- 03`analyze_individual` — 성격, 강점·약점, 직업·커리어, 자기계발, 학습 스타일, 스트레스 관리
- 04`analyze_team` — 팀 구성, 역할 배분, 갈등 예측, 소통 스타일, 협업 전략
- 05`analyze_relationship` — 호환성(업무·개인·연애), 소통 방식, 관계 역학
- 06모든 분석은 결정론적 규칙 기반 — 점수 계산에 외부 AI·머신러닝 서비스를 쓰지 않음

Big5 Consulting MCP is a Model Context Protocol server that runs the Big Five personality survey — a full 60-question or a short 30-question version, in Korean or English, with questions served in random order — and turns the results into consulting reports. Five tools cover survey management, profile management, individual analysis, team analysis and relationship analysis.
Everything is deterministic and rule-based: no external AI or machine-learning service takes part in scoring, and completed profiles are stored locally under ~/.big5/. It installs through Smithery with a single npx command, and the repository also documents an MCPB bundle for Claude Desktop and a Claude Code plugin package. The reports are rule-based interpretations of questionnaire answers, not a clinical or medical assessment.
