insurance-sms-generator takes a single input — an insurance agency's monthly sales-issue PDF — and produces a full month's MMS campaign. No customer data is requested from the user; the skill infers the optimal target persona for each issue from the issue's nature (e.g., '5th-generation indemnity transition' → 1st-3rd-gen indemnity holders; 'extra-disclosure discount' → mid-aged high-risk applicants).
It extracts the top-3 issues by priority (regulatory change with deadline > time-limited discount/benefit > coverage expansion), assigns each a primary and secondary persona with explicit reasoning, then generates three MMS variants per issue: Plan A (standard, data-forward, clear CTA — best for high-trust DB and existing customers), Plan B (empathetic, story-driven — best for new or hesitant prospects), Plan C (urgency-based, deadline-anchored — best for fence-sitters). Multiple customer names input at once produces N × 3 × 3 personalized messages.
A built-in compliance pass enforces Korean financial-consumer-protection rules: no absolutist phrasing ('absolutely', 'guaranteed 100%'), no advertising header, no opt-out footer, no client name in placeholders — and a strict 7-point checklist runs before output. The skill rebuilds rather than copies PDF wording, protecting internal training material.
