내용증명 작성 (lyn-certified-letter)

lyn-certified-letter drafts a 내용증명 — the Korean certified-content-delivery letter that a post office formally attests was sent, with what content, on what date. It is one of six legal drafting skills published by attorney 이영남 at thechain.lawyer; SH Consulting lists them here and links to the original files rather than hosting or authoring them. The skill reads whatever the user brings — a situation description, a contract, screenshots of messages — and extracts parties, timeline, and demands. Anything not established in the source material is marked `[확인 필요]` instead of being filled in by inference. It then chooses between the plain individual-sender format and the law-firm format (letterhead, 'acting on behalf of the sender', fuller legal reasoning), and composes the letter for the matter type at hand: debt default, contract rescission or termination, lease-deposit recovery, damages, unpaid wages, defamation cease-and-desist, assignment-of-claim notice, or renunciation of inheritance. Two details of Korean practice are wired in rather than left to the user. First, Enforcement Rule §51 requires the sender and recipient names and addresses printed in the document to match the envelope exactly — a mismatch gets the filing rejected at the counter — so the generated .docx pins those fields. Second, the legal effect is stated accurately: a certified letter proves dispatch and content, not truth and not delivery (that needs 배달증명), and it counts as a 최고 under Civil Act §174, which suspends prescription only if judicial action follows within six months. An escalation rule fires on the cases where a draft should not go out unreviewed: claims over 50 million won, a corporate or represented recipient, a prescription period expiring within six months, a reply to the other side's own certified letter, complex real-property rights, or any threatened criminal complaint.
